  • teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives
  • Optional add-ins: ¼ cup chopped ham crumbled turkey sausage, ½ cup fresh spinach, diced bell peppers, sliced mushrooms

Instructions

  • Add toppings such as spinach, cherry tomatoes, and bell peppers. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the toppings. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the center is set and edges are golden.
  • Let the quiche cool for 5 minutes before serving.
