  • Strong Coffee - 1 cup Rich flavor profile
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - 2 tablespoons Enhances flavor complexity
  • Dark Chocolate - 50g Deepens chocolate flavor
  • Lamb or Beef - 2 lbs Protein
  • Basmati Rice - 2 cups Fluffiness
  • Onions - 4 medium Flavor base
  • Garlic - 3-4 cloves Flavor enhancement
  • Saffron - Pinch Color and aroma
  • Ground Cumin - 2 tsp Spice blend
  • Ground Coriander - 1 tsp Spice blend
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Earthiness
  • Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp Seasoning
  • Carrots - 2 medium Texture
  • Raisins - 1/2 cup Sweetness
  • Broth - 3-4 cups Cooking medium
  • Oil or Ghee - 2-3 tbsp Cooking fat
  • Fresh Parsley or Cilantro - 2 tbsp Garnish

Instructions
 

  • Whisk the egg yolks and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Mix in the mascarpone cheese until smooth.
  • Beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  • Prepare your coffee and briefly dip ladyfingers into it.
  • Layer the ladyfingers with the mascarpone mixture in your dish.
  • Repeat the process until all ingredients are used.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight for the best flavor.
