- 1 lb salmon fresh or canned
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or almond meal for gluten-free option
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Seasonings to taste salt, pepper, herbs
Flake the salmon in a large bowl.
Add eggs, breadcrumbs, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and seasonings. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into patties using a 1/3 cup measure.
