  • 4 cups 16 oz Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Meat Sauce optional
  • 3 cups 26 oz Pasta Sauce
  • Ronzoni Oven Ready Lasagna sheets
  • Eggs
  • Salt pepper
  • Herbes de Provence
  • Ground beef or Italian sausage optional
  • Sautéed vegetables like spinach zucchini, or mushrooms (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Begin with a thin layer of tomato sauce at the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Place Ronzoni Oven Ready Lasagna sheets on top.
  • Mix ricotta with eggs and season with salt, pepper, and herbes de Provence. Spread over the pasta.
  • Add a layer of cooked ground meat or sautéed vegetables. Use Galbani mozzarella slices for extra flavor.
  • Continue layering until all ingredients are used up. Finish with a layer of sauce and cheese on top.
  • Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes to brown the cheese
