Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 4 large eggs for dredging
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 inch depth of oil or shortening for frying
  • 2 1/2 cups honey
  • 5 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken in Greek yogurt or buttermilk with paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Prepare the crispy coating by combining flour, cornstarch, and salt.
  • Heat oil for frying and fry the chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter and mix with honey, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, and salt to create the hot honey sauce.
  • Coat the fried chicken tenders with the hot honey sauce and serve.
