  • cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2/3 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix, ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and milk.
  • Mix until ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, about ½ inch apart.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Optionally, blot with a paper towel to remove excess grease.
